Shipping policy

Our web store is online, and open 24/7. We do not have a physical store. This is how we keep our prices so low every day for all our customers!  We ship ex-Sydney, to all Suburbs, Australia wide and been operating since 2014.

We off a flat rate ship fee per order, Australia wide of just $10.00 per order no matter how many items in your order. We use Australia Post Eparcel as our main shipping partner for the majority of orders.

Our general turnaround time for orders is 48-72 hours, as it takes time for our warehouse team to select products being natural and all unique. We use Australia Post Eparcel service, and ship ex-Sydney Sorry we do not express post. Due to Covid pandemic some additional delays must be expected to receive your item.

You will receive your order as fast as we can get it out the door from our Sydney warehouse! And will send you the tracking number when it has been dispatched. 

Shop with complete peace of mind, all goods are quality checked before dispatch. If you are not completely satisfied with your particular cowhide rug or cowhide cushion purchase, we're sorry to hear that, however, simply get in touch with us at: info@cowhiderugsonline.com.au within 7 days of receiving your rug to hand, to discuss an exchange, or full refund. Simply return the item to us in its original unmarked condition within 14 days of receiving your rug. 

Please note: 
Returned items must be unused and unmarked to warrant an exchange or refund. You must email our customer service team info@cowhiderugsonline.com.au should you wish to exchange or refund your purchase for return steps and your unique RA returns code and our return address. For change of mind purchases we will issue a full refund on receipt of returned item, excluding the original delivery charge (please note delivery charges are only refundable where incorrect or faulty goods have been received). Alternatively, we will also be happy to exchange your cowhide rug for another colour so you are satisfied with your selection. Another shipping fee to send replacement to you applies if the case. Please don't hesitate to contact us should you have any q's or concerns, our friendly customer service team are more than happy to help.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that is registered (provides a tracking number) and insures you for the value of the goods.


Please note we currently only ship Australia wide. 

Please note: 
Due to each rug and cushion being natural products and one-of-a-kind, rugs do vary in pattern, shape, and colour slightly. This is to be expected. All our rugs are of top quality and do not have ugly branding or sewn patches. Differences in colour markings are natural and not to be thought of as a fault. On rugs that are lighter colour near the hind-legs, some thinning may be visible as this is a naturally thinner area of a cowhide and not deemed a fault.
